Welcome to our charming apartment located on the second floor of the historic Villa Aix. This fully furnished space has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay.
1st Bedroom: This tranquil space offers a sumptuous box spring bed (180×200) topped with a comfortable topper. A large duvet and two pillows are provided to ensure a good night’s rest. A spacious wardrobe is also available for your storage needs.
2nd Bedroom: A slightly smaller, yet equally inviting bedroom offers a box spring bed (160×200) with a topper, a large duvet, and two pillows. A spacious wardrobe is again available for your belongings.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It offers all necessary appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and washing machine. Cutlery, dishes, and a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle are also provided.
Living Room: Unwind in the spacious living room that features a large sofa and a dining table for six. A brand new Smart TV is equipped with all major apps (no live TV), perfect for a relaxing night in.
Pet-Friendly: We understand that pets are part of the family, hence, small pets are welcome in our apartment.
Outdoor Space: The apartment comes with access to a beautiful garden laid with split-stone flooring. Two seating groups are available for those delightful summer evenings. Depending on availability, guests can also make use of two bicycles stored in the garage. A table tennis table is also in the garage for some fun activity.
Parking: Convenient on-site parking is available for our guests.
